Delivery & Shipping

We offer a white-glove delivery service throughout the San Francisco Bay area and its surrounding regions – from Napa to Carmel and as far as Tahoe. Our service professionals will use our own trucks to deliver your furniture fully assembled, blanket-wrapped, and place it precisely where you want it on your property. All of this is available for a single low fee, based on distance. Additionally, we provide delivery and installation services for all TUUCI products that we sell within the same geographic area.


If you are located outside of our local delivery service area, we can arrange shipping to you. Blue Sky Outdoor ships to anywhere in the USA (including Hawaii) through common carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or specialty furniture carriers, depending on the destination, weight, size, and service level you choose. Expedited shipping is available for many items at an additional cost. Please see the details below for a description of shipping charges and service levels.

Standard delivery charges for most items to most locations in the continental USA are 10% of the retail price of your pre-tax order total, with a minimum charge of $9.99 per item and a maximum charge of $599. Handling fees may apply to certain items due to their size or weight. For drop-off locations that cannot accommodate freight trucks, you will be responsible for arranging pick-up at the local delivery terminal at your expense. Items sent to non-standard locations may be delivered to the nearest delivery terminal or an alternate shipping address within 50 miles that can accommodate freight trucks. Additional fees may apply, such as daily storage charges if delivery cannot be scheduled with our carriers within three business days.

Orders that contain only in-stock items typically ship from the warehouse within a couple of business days. Most orders for furniture and other large items will be delivered using a common carrier to your first dry area or garage. You should expect an in-transit time of 4-10 days, depending on your location. Items that can be shipped by FedEx should arrive in 3-7 business days. Made-to-order items, such as umbrellas and cushions, will take longer to ship. The timing should be displayed on our product pages.

White glove delivery is available for many items shipping to most locations, which includes the assembly of your furniture, placement of furniture where directed, and removal of all packaging materials. Quoted delivery times are typically the same as standard delivery, although white glove service can sometimes add up to two weeks of additional delivery time. We’ll give you a call to confirm the lowest available quoted price for your required level of service.

Expedited shipping is available for many items. Please give us a call for the lowest available quoted price for your needed level of service. Note that some items cannot be expedited due to weight or distance constraints. If you select expedited shipping and we are unable to accommodate the request, we will immediately contact you.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada is based on individual quoted delivery costs. The customer is responsible for obtaining their own international shipping broker if one is necessary. Recommendations are available upon request. We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges for delivery to coastal islands, international locations, and other non-standard destinations that typically incur additional delivery charges.
